Deposit Required: 30% of total service cost at booking to reserve your time.
Balance Due: Paid at the appointment.

Trip Fee Policy
If we arrive and the appointment cannot be completed due to missing ID, unsigned/incomplete documents, or signer absence, the deposit will be retained as a trip/service fee.

How it Works

1. Book Your Appointment

Click the link below to schedule your notarization appointment. Deposit is collected upfront during booking.

2. Confirm Details

After booking, we’ll call you to confirm the appointment location, loan type, number of signers, and any special requirements (e.g., scanbacks, witnesses, shipping).

3. Prepare Your Documents

Ensure all loan documents are provided in advance (via title company, lender, or client) and reviewed before the appointment. All signers must have a valid, government-issued photo ID

4. Signing Day

Your notary will arrive at the agreed location, walk signers through each document, notarize as needed, and handle any agreed services such as scanbacks or same-day drop-off.

5. Final Payment & Completion

The remaining balance is collected after the appointment, and documents are delivered or shipped as required.
